Did you list the 3 preventable accidents on the application with Knight? If not, you were released by Knight for lying on your application. And that is what you are implying, since you say that Knight did not know UNTIL they ran your MVR and DAC.... and 3 minor accidents, unless a police report was filed, do NOT show up on an MVR.

Most of the big fleets use Dac But alot of smaller ones don't. The company im with has 12 trucks and they dont do Dac. They check your psp, mvr, and then threw me the keys. Not even a test drive!

But , you did have 2 preventables in less than 2 years , along with a questionable ( according to you ) 3rd preventable. THAT'S what's holding you back. Drop the victim spiel , get a lawyer and fight Werner, or take stock of what's happened over your short time in a truck , and realize that your decision making process ( read slow way down , quit trying to impress people , and pay more attention ) isn't quite what it needs to be , especially in tight places or vendors property. Simple really. You're trying to run way before you can walk , your posts on other threads tell that tale.

Going to be very difficult to try and prove that it didn't happen, given the fact that you have a verifiable history of generating preventables.

Not to mention the fact that even if you get it removed from the HireRight database, Werner will still report all three to any company that you apply to. All companies are required by DOT regulations to request your safety history from all of your employers for the last 10 years.

yes I did. The recruiter even admitted to me over the phone that he overlooked it. He tried to initially tell me they weren't but when I emailed him the .pdf of the app that I had saved (also got a copy in my email because I checked the box), and I highlighted them with an opaque yellow box in photoshop so he wouldn;t miss it...he called back profusely apologizing. But apologizing doesn't put food on my table or pay the rent.

    what is a PSP?

Yes I know. I take responsibility for the first two. I have no problem with that. I refuse to take responsibility for an accident (the 3rd one) that I know I was never involved in.

Psp stands for pre employment screening program. Its a record of your inspections at the scales. Companies can check this info for free from the fmcsa.

You left Werner to go to Knight..? Stop applying/working for Megas. Like said multiple times before, there are thousands of companies who do not use DAC.

Get out there, knock on doors and apply in person. Calling people or filling out apps online and expecting a call isn't going to get you jack. Good luck.
