WORST of the WORST Total Quaility Logistics TQL

I booked a load one time where they cut $400 off the top. Saw the customer email that showed what they were paid. Paid me $1,600 on 335 miles and they had the nerve to try and sell it for $1,200 right from the get go. I'm not mad i've made a lot more on less miles from them many times before. We are all looking to score off desperate customers with deep pockets there is no reason everyone can't make a little money off that situation and be happy.

 

just called tql on a load, fullerton,ca to reading,pa. he says ya picks up in carson goes to ill on to NJ. me- so there is no fullerton to reading? him- well ya this is it! oh and it pays $3600 me CHE CAZZO? = WTf ? they waste more space on the board, posting 1 load 20 different ways! I actually no better and skip right over them 99% of the time. maybe I thought it was magic wednsday,LOL

 

I hope that was an ltl for that rate ...

 

I used to check with TQL about once a month for a laugh or to see if anything changed but since they monitor this site and I have posted less than kind remarks the almighty TQL has blackballed me they won't say so directly but if I ask about a load as soon as I tell them my MC# the load just got covered soooo now I think they are gutless pukes

 

They haven't black balled you. That's just market conditions. Loads are flying off the boards. They will call you when they need you just like everyone does. When they do you know they really need your truck, so charge accordingly. If it turns out they don't like your price, and didn't really need the truck - so what? You've lost nothing. I never call them about any load simply because what they post are mythical, hypothetical or whatever the load doesn't exist. I gladly take calls from them though.

 

no when the posting stays up for 3 days after I'm pretty sure I was told a story also I did not get the normal diversion of that load is covered but there is this one instead none of the normal TQL song and dance

 

Trust me if they're hurting to find trucks they will use you. I'd never lose sleep over any of them black listing me anyways it's not as if we have a shortage of brokerages out here.

 

I agree. I'm one of the people who complained about them here on the forum. Since then we resolved the situation completely to my full satisfaction. I think the problem with TQL is that they are very big and have a bunch of entry level employees who offend people, where as others with seniority and in management are reasonable people. So TQL seems to me a much better company than many smaller brokers, who cheat and use all kinds of tricks to not get you paid.

 

nah, they're jerkoff's and they train to be jerkoff's. Would you like me to document why I say that ? because I can and will if you want.

 

Im always up for hearing a good TQL bashing.
