Who are you striking against? Who sets the price of crude oil?

Oil companies make around 17 cents per gallon of gas/fuel nowadays. Did you know that the government makes twice that? Bet you didn't.

My simple point is this:

Know your enemy and target them specifically before you go off with your guns blazing.
