    So why exactly u charge 22%? Considering all u do is dispatch trucks, seems like u know absolutely nothing about business, get some experience first, before trying to hire someone, it's obvious that u just have ur own authority n u just tryin to dispatch o/o n charge them 22% lol, n ur $5300 is my bad week, 6k-8k is my average n I only pay 10%, I know some pay 5% n the highest I know is 12%, well I guess it's 22%

    "All you do is dispatch trucks". If you think that is all a trucking company does then you might need to get some experience first. We charge 22% because we are finding premium loads that the driver has no touch and we treat the drivers with respect and have them home on the weekends. Our drivers make very good money. $5,300 a week times 48 weeks is over $250,000. This is also usually under 3K miles a week.That is why we have hired multiple quality drivers at this rate.
    I said an average of $5,300. During produce season most weeks are higher than that but I don't want to mislead people by saying you will make 6k-8K a week and be home on the weekends because its simply not true in Dec-Feb. If you want to make 6-8k every week we can make that happen but not with everything I listed as a benefit i.e. weekend home time, no touch freight, no force dispatch etc.

    As OWNER OP, I choose if I go home for the weekend or not, I decide if I wanna take certain load or not, n MOST dry freight is No Touch, n like u said in previous posts that u r using spot market to find loads, then I highly doubt u r getting premium loads,
    So why are you charging 22% again? That's 12% more than the average!!

    Exactly big guys, so u r putting monster trucking up there with them lol I don't see any of the swift agents here tryin desperately to find someone,
    My advice to u, go drive a truck as an o/o for few months so u can see how business works, then just start with one truck, bc u sound completely clueless, and none of the o/o will pay 22%

    It seems like everything you post has an assumption or something that is just false. Im not "dying to find" anyone on here. I posted a job opening and have answered questions from people and corrected the false things you say/assume. This is a trucking company. We own trucks and we have owner operators. If you dont like that we pay 78% then that's fine but it doesn't make us completely clueless. You can continue to say what you would like but you have proven that you aren't bringing much to the discussion so I bid you adieu.
