Good evening everyone, I am new here, and as you can see by my profile I am a "Four Wheeler". I am a retired U S Marine Sniper who always wanted to be a Trucker. I just want to say that I have nothing but respect for you all. I see the hassle and hardships you are forceed to deal with on a daily basis. The fight for every penny you earn and the long absence from home and family. Each time I see you all on the road, you gets my full attention and admiration. I live my life as a trucker through your real life experiences, advice, and heart felt stories. Thank you for allowing me into your world, and I give each of you men and women a FULL MARINE CORPS SALUTE. You are and forever be TOP NOTCH in my book. MUCH RESPECT for you all!!!![]()

Welcome, GI! I have seen specials on History/Disc channels about military snipers---you guys are the cream of the crop. I grew up around guns and hunting and was taught to greatly respect good hunters....so, back at ya!! OD

I have alot of admiration and respect for anyone who has served in our Military. They perform a duty that I am to undiscipline and frankly, too coward to do. I pray for all of them everyday and breaks my heart everytime one of our boys makes the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. God bless you sir and thank you for you're service.

Devil......... I actually know a truck driver that was a sniper or sharp shooter or something like that ...... (real specific aren't I?) ..... I'm thinking he might have been Army but again, I am really not sure ....... I just remember some of the stories he told....... those I can remember!
He is not very old........ early 40's...... nice guy........ great stories....
He has driven OTR and drove tankers until recently and now he is off due to some physical problems and needs surgery........
Would you be interested in getting his email address? I don't think I can get him to get online here but I could ask him for permission to pass along his addy.......... are you interested?
Let me know.........
And........ I would like to personally THANK YOU for serving and protecting my family, myself and this country ..........
