what do you need to know?? I have been leased to them for 3years

 

How are they to work for? I live in NE OH...I would assume freight is plentiful around my area

 

Great company to work for. Emphasis on the word WORK. They will not hold your hand and give you the best stuff. Its there you gotta just find it. They will help but it is better for motivated guys who like to find and line up their own loads. The people in the office are nice, you are expected to keep you equipment in good shape, and the flexibility to go wherever you want is nice.

 

Oh yeah I haul a step deck.

 

How do you get your loads? Are you dispatched or do you pull them from a load board? If you get them from a load board, do you just have to use their load board or can you use any load board (like DAQ, or loadmatch)?
What is their trailer rent? I am looking to run a flat, but I do not have my own.

I would appreciate any other info you can give me. I am going to be calling them tomorrow but, as I am sure you know, the recruiter will tell me exactly what I want to hear and not I need to hear.
