U can see my posts thru the thread .....doing well and comfortable are relative terms .....as far as money it's about what I made at swift as a lease op working less hours and driving less but using my brain far more and harder emotionally coz I'm way out of my comfort zone

As far as comfortable in there system? Lol there is no system! Little to no training ,no procedures,no accountability, and no real support ! No process for picking loads it's basically whatever u and your Dm come up with..... Now I still think it has lots of potential but I'm having a hRf time getting in a groove..... And im naive to picking freight calling brokers and depending on my Dm repeat ..... There is no system! And it drives me crazy honestly, lol Dm and management literally acts like they don't care and it shows......that's my opinion

Nope not at all ......and what u are offered from
Brokers is not the best about 80-90% below market rate ....were considered "sub prime" and I'm not kidding...now i have occasionally gotten a good rate but it's rare

They might I'll ask my Dm .....I think I was unimpressed by it so rejected it.... Your best bet for fuel is independents and small chains example ....mapco in cross plains tenn 2.59 a gal and pilot or major chain was 2.79-2.89 other independents were near 2.69 or similAr there's your fuel discount ..... Find cheaper fuel
