Well for whatever reason,I just love the job....love to learn it,know it and do it......u would probably do well hear...I'm fighting my own natural self to do what I have to...my dm is starting to understand im not stubborn nor obstinate I just have a style I prefer...coz he just loves talking and negotiating and dealing...I like field work...it's what I'm good at...my motto is just shut up tell me what u want and get out of my way!

So Loke,are you about to leave Eagle?. If you don't want to say straight out I understand...,but I have an orientation date for the 15th and you where one of the positive drivers with a can do attitude,but I know if you feel like you're swimming upstream it gets tiring pretty quick!! I'm pretty confused right now as I'm sure others are!!! Just want to make the right decision for me and my family.

 

I think what me,Mac,and loke are all saying is....it's risky here right now...think hard before coming here and know what u are getting into...if u like talking to brokers,dms and booking freight it might be great but u aren't going to get what u want or even maybe deserve...it's a young disorganized company.....that's primary focus is on growth....u need to understand that...I came from the largest trucking firm in the country...never had to talk to a soul...just do macros and find loads off the Qualcomm ....I'm having a adjustment period but im doing ok...but I vent here a lot....it's a different part of trucking I wasn't even aware of except by name...haha

 

Man look when I whose an top of my game I would run 3 round trip Atlanta to pompano beach fl does whose the good days now I will say this for does guys that have run under their own authority know what I am talking about you can make it but it takes time as for me if they stay out my way I have my loads set up already 6000 per week if it all goes my to Texas and back to Atlanta but you need to be vented you must get with a produce broker an work with one that you can see eye to eye with I will give a heads up out of n.c
