I don't mind that trucks are governed, I mind the micro managing aspect. Sometimes going down hill you get to higher speed. I shouldn't get fired if I hit the speed limit lol. It's crazy lol..

Honestly, I don't like working for them at all. But I at this point, I'm just sticking it out until I have enough experience to go to owner operator with another company.

 

I hear people say good things about them very rarely hear negative. Guess it is one of those situations where it is the lesser of an evil.

 

I guess it's different for everyone. Lot of drivers that I see hate it but for some reason never leave.... Like I said, it's OK for a starter ccompany. But I couldn't see why a person stays longer than 6 months.

Everyone has a different experience though. They have a ton of drivers, I've only met a few. I'm sure some of them like it.

 

Best thing to do is see for yourself. It don't matter what kind of job it is. Like they say different strokes for different folks. And the grass is always greener on the other side.

 

Very true.... I'm sure if you go there it will work out

 

I don't plan on retiring there myself but need experience too. I will make the best of it and move on after a year or so.

 

Does CT allow you to use split sleeper berth?

Instead of taking 10hrs you take 2 and 8 later before your 14hr or at.
