    Wondering if any1 here has any knowledge of the effect pleading nolo would have on your liscence as far as jobs, points, etc...

    It will be on your lic there for 7 years maybe 10 get a lawyer If you have a chance to plead nolo there is a chance you can beat it. It may cost you $$$$$$ but Trust me it will be worth it

    Nolo is used to try and protect a person from lawsuits, like if you damaged something. It's like pleading gilty. I have seen app's were they state, include any 'nolo contendry'.
