I would want to see some pics of the damaged turbo. I would be having my driver get a little more proactive and see what they can show him. You do have another option it's called a tow truck. But really I would be looking for some answers why can't your driver help out with answers? I would tell the broker they will get their load when it gets there after you deal with the truck and wash my hands of those jokers. Do what you have to do and get it fixed.

Turbocharger is replaced. Driver did test-drive ...looks like speed is OK. But another problem, alarm yelling telling something wrong with coolant. Took back truck to the shop, mechanic checked the level of coolant said everything is good. But driver noticed wet hoses , now they trying to find where the leakage is. Shoot, I am waiting for the end of this nightmare ...

I hate to rain on your parade, but as long as you own an otr truck, it never ends.....

Fixed coolant problem. Driver back on the road , did 200 miles and wanted to check oil level. Opened the hood - Everything covered with oil !!! Dipstick out !!! Took the truck to another shop ...

Might as well rent a Penske or Ryder truck and deliver the load. Then deal with your truck

Good luck to you. Hope you get it going without much more hassle. Here's something to remember...anything with tires or tits is going to give you trouble.
