I also live in Ravenna, have been driving for Schuster Co. out of LeMars, Iowa for nearly a year. I am home every Friday and go back out on Monday, I have never had to leave out on Sunday. This by far the best trucking company I have ever driven for. Every one there treats you like a human being. I've always been home when I needed to be. Give them a call, I don't think you'll be disapointed.

 

We haul alot out of Nestle's different places including streetsboro. All of there drivers seem to like it pretty well that I have talked to. Thats about all I can tell you.

 

Are you joking? Schuster is very appealing at first.Small company,nice equipment,family oriented.I worked there 6 months.The biggest problem with that company is the safety director(little Hitler)Leon.This guy used to drive a truck untill he lost his commercial license,for"drunk driving".So the company put him incharge of safety.This guy is so parranoid,there's cameras throughout this little building,even in the drivers room.This company is one "big peyton place".It's a country atmosphere,which was fine with me.But Leon,he's the worsed problem with this company,while I was there; many good people in the office/and drivers quit.ANOTHER GOING BAD,BECAUSE UF A ROTTEN APPLE.
