What the Heck is up with Prime trying Cans for Flatbeds

I have the data packages from the builder's on these things. The weight they have listed is right at 10 grand for the container plus the chassis of 6k. Unless your using a daycab and such your 5-6 grand heavier than a good all. Aluminum flat.

Been seeing a rash of them at the BNSF in Chicago. DEIU was the prefix, mostly red in color.
