Who hires the BIG sleepers?

What kind of setup do they require? And what lanes are you hauling in?

 

You need your own tractor and 48 or 53 ft. stepdeck trailer. You also need a few custom fitted tarps. Our primary lane is Miami to the west coast ( California), Phoenix,Memphis,Dallas,Tulsa,Chicago,New York. We haul primarily jet engines for maintenance or repair and also large aircraft parts. Most all of our runs are team but we don't run a lot of miles. Just when you load usually a jet is waiting for whatever you hve on your trailer. If you need any more info just message me.

 

i have thought before that cab over with big sleeper would be ideal. however the problem that crossed my mind would be sealing the cab to the sleeper considering the cab has to tilt forward to service the engine.

is car hauling good for a newbie? My wife and I are looking into trucking for a retirement job and are seriously considering the super sleeper route. Our concern is being able to get consistent loads due to weight and my lack of driving experience
