• Do you enjoy fighting for your settlement? settlements are always incorrect and they blame the contractor! when you ask for what happened they become verbally abusive and blame YOU for their mistake and and instead of correcting the problem they compound the issue by pushing the corrective action to the next week....can you find your money? which shell is it under?
• Do you enjoy being talked down to and verbally abused by dispatch? Tiga is 100% owner operator company...but...they "force" you to do what they want "legal or illegal" or you are taken off dispatch or they cancel your contract. Yes illegal...they not only know drivers overload and fudge the books...but just laugh and expect you to continue to do it!!!!
• Do you enjoy an owner or President of the company yelling and cussing at you as a group? during safety meetings, ya right, the owner will cuss and yell at how much money he isn't making!!! his customer loyalty is non existent. he jumps from customer to another, switches areas of operation and wonders why he loses contractors and drivers...and blames YOU the contractor!!!
• Do you enjoy a company that has 120% turnover rate? This includes the office staff!! whos the boss today? wait it will change.
• I have been in the trucking industry for 30 years....TIGA Logistics is the WORST company that I have ever been associated with.
