1996 Volvo D12 wia

Was giving a pic of entire fuse box, and relay panel, not the daytime running light relay

 

According to the dash cluster test , I still have a wiring issue somewhere

 

Ok so what I am finding is no power to sensors , nothing on cam , nothing on tach
5 volts on pressure sensor
No sensor power past pressure sensor

 

Why would I have no power to cam, tach or crank?

 

Im not sure where to go from here, im stumped. Not that it is surprising. I believe I have a bad groud or shorted power wire , but I sure cant find it. All lights work, turn signals , flashers ect, no power to sensors ,need advice .

 

I have 2 main neg/groumd off the batteries and 2 main power lines, 1 of each is hooked to 1 battery , and 1 of each is hooked to 2 batteries with ecm power and ground. I haveonly ever seen all batteries hooked together? Can this be explained to me please? It only has 3 batteries not 4 ?

 

Here is what I have, no power to sensors , preheater light on , low fluid level light on . Will not start .
