I don't quite understand what you mean by not having trainers for one on one training. You go out on the road with a trainer for 10 days one on one where your trainer should train you in developing your backing skills.

Cattle? Seriously?
Yes I know the thread's a little old...but I've seen them Cattle haulers (in fact my brother-in-law was one of them)...not only do they have to back that tall awkward trailer up...they have to line the narrow door on one side of the trailer up with a freaking shoot about the size of 1/4th. of a dock.
