No you can pick your own loads they recommend using your dm to negotiate the rates with the brokers according to brad the op manager

 

If you use brokered loads check what the rates are in that shipping lange that's what eagle is using to negotiate the rates with brokers once you get the just of it you can negotiate yourself

 

That's what I do......I pick tell him my bottom price and what the lane should pay...so he knows

 

Better u get truckers edge with the lane rate upgrade eagle ops mgr don't know the lane rates.....
