Not sure I understand the question. Do you mean from the school? You'd have to call, I just have no idea.

Okay, I finished last week and wanted to give an overall impression of the school. While the facilities and equipment are not modern, it is perfect for students to learn. All trucks are the same model with the same shift pattern, but each truck has its own unique driving personality. You get a mix of day cab and sleeper setups as well as various vans and a flatbed trailer. The instructors are very "old school" but not in a bad way. Every instructor I worked with was extremely patient and calm with every student. Only one raised his voice because someone was about to hit a car, then he was calm again. They like to cut up and have fun as long as you are doing what you should. I learned things I never knew and relearned a lot I had forgotten. They test to state standards and if the class is doing well will toss out extras for you. You test for backing, pretrip, and driving at the school with state certified instructors from the school.

Overall impression is it was well worth the time and I would recommend it to anyone considering the school.

Congratulations hamburger! I know the good feeling you must have. I remember there at FTA the instructor, Keith said, 'this (school) is the easy part. Wait until you get out over the road.' I found out he was right. Again congrats, comrade!
CSW, you can't go wrong with FTA. I know the reputation of the community colleges is superior, but the real learning begins when you 'go live' so to speak, and FTA ' s 160 hour course will give you what you need to see that happen the quickest way. Good luck with your decision making. I've no regrets, and given the choice would do it the same way again. Nuf said.

I stayed there but I don't remember if there was wifi. A phone call to the hotel would answer that question. I can't say enough good about the school, but can't think of a think of a single nice thing to say about the hotel except that you're only there for a short time. Good luck!
