I mid-size fleet using the Teletrac (EOBR) tablets. These guys run all over the US, not staying in one spot longer than a week. I have 4 devices that are currently down (not the tablet but may be the installation) and using Teletrac to issue service tickets to get these going has proven to be worthless. I am in need of a tech to trouble shoot the issue but I'm having trouble finding a tech in various states. Can anyone point me in a direction?

I'm sorry to hear you went with Teletrac. The hardware is not commercial quality and the support is nearly useless. I speak from the experience of a 3 year contract with them that was frustrating from beginning to end. SO GLAD I'm done with them. Assuming he's still there, the only satisfaction I ever got from them was by contacting this guy:

my company uses teletrac and there is always an issue with it and takes forever to get it fixed

Has your company found an outside resource to use when the units needs to be serviced?

Good luck. Even the BTC service techs don't have good things to say about Teletrac......
