Oh ya line haul teams is sweet stuff. If I had that, my co-driver and I would take that deal in a second! I would hold on to that like grim death. You can run really aggressive and not get burnt out so fast such a better quality of life.

They will match you.....BUT!!!! As you guys are well aware it's very difficult to find and hold on to a great co-driver. I was very lucky I worked with a good friend of mine who I have known for many years. We both understood why we were there and when we worked it was serious and there was no crap. We were able to check the friendship once we climbed on board and got our dispatch and away we went. Made great money together and still to this day if we could find a line-haul gig home every weekend we would run again.

Go on old dominion Web site. Odfl.Com it will give the actual location of hiring. I have a friend at interstate running reefer and he does real well. Decent company.

Was it hard to get hired on at odfl? Do you know anything about JB Hunt running their dedicated runs?

It takes about a month to get hired at odfl. They do a deep back ground on the person. Just be upfront in one's application and you'll be fine. For the amount of pay there offering they are picky in background checks. As to your other question I do have a friend at JB and on dedicated if available you can earn at least $900.00 week gross. But there are other jobs that pay more if your willing to stay out.
