Shore power is to keep all the stuff alive in the truck while parked. Bathrooms are self explanatory I think.
One thing is your going to get a lot of parking lot mechanics that will have it looking like a junk yard in no time. That has to be addressed up front and policed daily. Then your going to get the oil changer who figures pulling the plug and letting it absorb into the ground is acceptable but the EPA will have a different plan for your financial future.Bulldog Birl Thanks this. -
that's to bad, I am looking for a secure lot that can accomodate a 113' truck and trailer - i just need 2 spots end to end....

I think it could be done, using some of these useful and probably realistic comments, it'll just take a nice quantity of direct supervision at the start. As usual, the learning curve is steepest at the beginning.
