Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

Got empty in Montana and dead headed to Jamestown, ND. Reloaded this morning (a day early) going down to Charlotte. I should get to swing by the house for a day before I deliver. Be safe.

 

Any of you guys in 1628? Seen it parked in Mt Airy.

It's been a decade since I ate at Brindles x100, God I wish I would have remembered how bad it was, cause it still is, yuck!

 

I have never had a good experience there,

 

I weigh there sometimes coming out of Winston Salem... But that place is a mess... No room to pull up after fueling so fueling is a slow, aggravating process... The lot is full by 4pm. I showered there a couple times and they are old... Never ate there but thanks for the warning!

 

Going to my background check done Monday for hazmat. Then putting in my app.

 

I got loaded yesterday in Stanwood Michigan and drove to Dwight, Illinois and stayed at the Loves. Got up and finished my drive. I stopped at the Pilot in Kearney, Mo. About 40 miles to my delivery on Tuesday. Sucks to get my second reset in a week. This never happened before . At least I get paid 2 layover days. I reload Tuesday out of Kansas somewhere and deliver up in The Cities on Thursday morning... Hopefully something challenging and a lot of miles after that!! I feel like if I'm gonna be away from home... Keep my truck moving!!
2200 miles for the week will be the slowest I've had with Magnum. I guess those 3300 mile weeks make it average out.
I post this so everyone knows.... Sometimes there are 'those' weeks no matter where you work....

 

send in your application and get approved,1st,then do then background check, save your receipt for the background check, Magnum will pay for it.

 

This is true. Magnum will pay for the fingerprints background check ($82.50) I think... And whatever the endorsement costs for your CDL

 

I don't have my hazmat yet either, Paul told me they can start the process in Fargo with the bcg and prints, then next time I'm back in VA for hometime I can take my tests.

I just seen 1628 again at the Petro in Kenly. Wtf? ... Lol
He has front row parking and I decided to walk on by and check it out. Beautiful ride! They are first class for sure, I was amazed how quiet that Thermo King reefer was. Truck and trailer looked great.

Speaking of the TA err Petro in Kenly, wow!!! ... The old TA has had quite the makeover. I was told it was redone 6 years ago, they sure did a nice job.
