Yes sir!! Salad the last 3 days. If I went to the Arby's I was going to get the brisket, but remembered thier salads aren't bad either. Going on vacation with the 1st ex and kids and i want my abs to be wash board ready just in case some young or old lady needs a quick washing on the South padre island beaches.

Also pack rat reminded me of my up coming dr appt with the Hot Indian doctor red dot not feather. I May see if she will do the prostate exam honors. Plus she told me i needed to get rid of this baby and my cholesterol was a little high.

Well the load is kinda heavy and tail heavy. I'm a scosh past 40 feet but got around/past all the scales.

But all in all today was not so bad.
