I've never been so excited to make it to a shipper in my life.

 

Which we ended up doing...they can't drive on fancy gap...watched a truck with smoking brakes at the rest area leave while brakes were still slightly smoking...the dog had to go...priorities

 

That's a speacial kind of stupid right there.

 

Rolling to Southaven.

 

Really really special. It was thick soup foggy on the mountain from the top down to the 2. It was 15-20mph all the way down to have enough room to see far enough to stop if needed and 3 wrecks already from the top to the 4.

He smoked them hard. That means not only was he coming down too fast, but too fast in conditions he couldn't see in. It was rolling off the drives when he pulled in. Got out, walked his dog, looked at the drives, got in and pulled away with them still smoking.

Barr-Nunn.

 

These folks don't get in no hurry at Roundy's. I'm still waiting on paperwork and it seems I was one of the first ones to pull out of the dock. Good part is they don't run you off property when finished. So think I'll kill another 2 hours and have my 8 hour break. This one lady came in complaining she has been here since 4 and they still don't have a door for her. Just another day at a grocery warehouse.
