Don't you guys have to write the seal number? Whoever pulled that, if he/she/it is an O/O should take it back to the rail, have it set on correctly then brought to the yard for free.

there are 20's and 40's that have doors at both ends, but I still see 20's in my area loaded like this from time to time.
-
Ive seen this before. Its rare. The box I saw last week had doors on both ends. This may be the case.
-
Never live load a box to the load red line inside the container.
In fact, do not live load anything.
DO keep an ear on the shippin, Nato allowed a report of 630 20 foot containers filled with tank and artillery rouds to have eaced or are reaching all tanks in the NATO inventory with sufficient rounds to fight a week or more.
I hope there is peace. But recent movements freely circulating on free and open internet -
When you do Land Bridge it doesn't mater if the 20 foot containers are backwards the rail will take like that...... on the other hand if your taking it to a customer then you might have a problem....
-
If you are picking up two 20's with single doors, that is how you have to do it so they can check both cans at the gate. If it is just a single can, it is the driver's responsibility to be pointing the correct direction for the loader and indicating whether it goes on the front or rear of the chassis.
Besides, if he does get canned (no pun intended) Swift will surely hire him! -
Harvey doors that all the time. The pickers don't want to wait for the spotter to fix the chassis direction, so they just drop and keep on going.
-
some company's have their own top picker so it doesn't matter, and also the double 20's one is going to be blocked or backwards.
