1999 Kenworth (CAT C12) High Pressure in Coolant Resevoir

Ok I just spoke with the dealer and they said that it has a cable operated water valve. Then I checked the resevoir cap and it is free of rust on the spring.

Well I've contacted all local truck stops and none do the oil analysis. I would have to go up north quite a ways to have that done. Are there any in-home test kits available. Most I see you have to mail out the sample. I'm going to go with yes that there is coolant in the oil. I pulled the dipstick a while back and there was a green sludge on the upper part of the dipstick. It hasnt returned yet but I seen it that one time.

 

I drained the oil after sitting over night, how visible should water be when draining it? I drained it into a 5 gallon bucket and dont see any visible water. I only noticed a very small amount of a white cloud like spot (Looks like smoke) maybe a few inches long.

I tried to take a picture of it but it's not visible by camera

 

Any thoughts?
