    It's supposed to be accident and citation. But CRST has turned it into, "former employees can't drive for anyone but us."

    Ok folks....here it is, the right way to quit at a mega.

    1. Don't cause drama for a few days.
    2 You know you want to quit but they don't.
    3 Call them up and let them know you have a family emergency and have to get home ( sickness, death)
    4 Get a leave of absence while you deal with the emergency ( but let them know you are coming back, just love the company)
    5 Once your last paycheck is deposited ( in full) make the call, sorry but giving you 2 weeks notice.
    6 Enjoy the greyhound ride to your next job.
