Speak to a manager at TQL and tell them you will call their customer to get paid if they don't pay you. I'm sur the customer will be paying TQL on time. Clear heads always prevail, probably best not to wield this like a weapon as much as disappointing consequence of their refusal to play fair.
Failing that, threaten their bond. If there's no cheque in the mail, file. That's really your only recourse. Unless you signed a contract agreeing they don't have to pay you, although the terms of payment are likely quite clear.
Contacting Better Business Bureau might make you feel better.

This why I use a factoring company on some loads TQL always land star always I will pay that 5% because I will get my money some companies I work with I don't they pay in 90 days are 45 days

When I first started running under my own authority, I saw TQL had tons of loads daily and thought they would be an OK broker. As I got further along and setup with more brokers and hauled for others, I came to realize TQL tops the charts in low-freight. I've hauled more than 25+ loads with ZERO problems and STILL can't get a good rate from them. Why in the name of all that's good would a driver haul a load under his own authority, insurance, trailer and everything else for $1.35 per mile??? Here lately, calling TQL on a load has become insulting when they offer a load rate. I'm yet to see them over $1.80 per mile, so with my current broker never UNDER $2.00, TQL can keep their cheap crappy loads.

I have been hauling for tql for over 2yrs. I have always been paid on time. they have gone thee extra mile for me any time I have needed help. they have always treated me with respect, but then again I carry myself with respect

They are a horrible, crooked and dishonest company to do business with. Here is my story: Had a driver accept a load on 3/28/16 Load #6761425 from Valdosta Ga to Southaven MS to deliver on 3/29/16. Rate conformation had nothing on it about driver load count. Driver went into count load and they told him he had to wait in the truck. Loaded the truck and the guy sealed the trailer. When the truck arrived in Southaven MS they guard even wrote "Seal Intact" on the bills. The load was short 75 pieces. The driver notified the broker. Then on 9/21/16 TQL claims coordinator sent us an email stating we would have to pay for the shortages. Contacted the Cargo Insurance and they investigated and also stated that they found no fault to carrier since driver was told to wait in the truck, so they refused the claim and said that it had to be shipper or receiver load count error. On 11/23/16 TQL pulled $2,355 from my account for the shortages on the load. That is wrong without even sending us a letter or offering to contact us to let us know. They are a bunch of crooks, and liars. I hope every trucking company reads this and realizes what they are facing when they book a load with TQL. CROOKED, LIARS, that want to force trucking companies out of business to boost their own profit margins.
May have these stickers made up and maybe owner ops will put them on their trailer and TQL will get the message that truckers are sick of their B.S. -
The first thing you need to do is get their hands out of your bank account... what was broken with the send me a check in the mail program??

You are correct but how are you supposed to get paid on loads not to mention it was a load in March. Then they waited until September to try to notify me, then in November to collect
