Oh yeah.. you better be good with running numbers, planning and doing math.
    That's number 1 here.

Dispatching yourself is not difficult if you know how to do math and just use your brain a little.
When we were company drivers we were all supposed to trip plan to know what we can and cannot pull off. Also to make appointment times. The only difference now is that you are picking the freight per whatever schedule you wanna run instead of somebody telling you what to do. There's soo many open window appointment here which makes booking and planning a lot easier.

Guess the simple way to say this is if you don't want to think, plan, learn and do math then DO NOT come here. You cannot be a mindless steering wheel holder and make it here, that ain't happening lol.

Oh and yes I agree with you about getting a hold of Schneider.
Just like they're cheap with trailers they're cheap with employees and don't hire enough people to answer the phones. Nights and weekends are the worst!

    Nope I will NOT care!
So who's body is next to be stepped over in my Global Campaign of Transportation Domination?!

Seriously though..there is a ton of info here for those wanting to take steps towards Choice.

Like Sadwar stated..it isn't for everyone.
If you fail on Choice it's your fault..PERIOD.

I was feeling pretty good about myself, I've gone weeks without any trailer issues.
    Yeah buddy!

Now I get a Target load in a Target trailer that was built in 1999! You know where I was in 1999? Kiddie school!
And of course the tandems are broke and stuck towards the rear! :biggrin_25521:
Lets see how many flower beds I can mow down today....

Did Schneider slash their maintenance budget or something? In the year that I was there I never had all these issues like you do with trailers. ABS wires being cut, so the light goes . out and relays constantly being overweight
