Well I'm in good company then. I note that America's favorite billionaire Donald Trump has bk'd several times as well. Thanks very much for your comment as it jogged my memory a little.

Now those of you reading this who might be thinking of leasing and have less than good credit, go back a page where you will find links to the best free sites on the net devoted to solving your problem. Sites with vibrant and helpful communities of folks just like yourselves struggling to fix their credit and move on with their lives. Ignore the doubters and judgmental folks in your life and get on with the process of bettering yourself. And as the commentor noted a few posts ago look upon the leasing or any other opportunity as your business, how would you run it? Then do it.

It sounds simplistic, but as the Chinese philosopher Lao Tsu said, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

Start your journey today by checking out at least one of those sites, perhaps by surfing the newbie section first, then head over to the section which describes your personal situation such as credit card or medical debt etc. Remember this is your life and your business and it needs to be run as such. Businesses routinely go bankrupt and move just down the block all the time and nobody bats an eye. Why should it be any different for a person? If you still feel a little guilty about possibly having to declare bankruptcy, relax, as I mentioned earlier, it is even brought up in the Good Book. It is okay, no matter what the know it all's and the judges among your friends and families say. Move on with your life for the better.

Just no more bonehead financial moves designed to put you right back into the hole that you are now trying to dig yourself out of. It took me two times but even I finally figured that out.

You can do it. I have all the confidence in the world that you can do it, if you just follow your instinct on this. If you really want it bad enough, you can do it.
