Yeah, Estes is almost 10 cpm higher to start but sounds like some of the Holland stuff would add up quick. I don't think the pay for making/breaking a set applies at Holland. As far as I know they only pull 53s which is something I do like a lot. This is turning out to be a tough decision.

Why do you say that Already Gone? Why would you favor Holland? Just trying to get all the info I can. Thanks!

I work for estes now. Nice people but its been a serious pain in the ###. You'll be hooking and unhooking sets a lot and half the time you don't get paid. Their equipment is crappy. Just my 2 cents ..id take less money and haul longboxs. But experiences differ. They might have better equipment in Michigan..

Driver, I don't know where you're getting your information, but OD pays much more than 2.00 to break AND put together a triple set - if I understand your post correctly. They pay more than that for a set of doubles. To break and put together just a set of doubles it's $12.00. Triples would obviously be more than $12.00. $2.00 for breaking AND putting together a TRIPLE set? Far from it ...

OP, I'll echo what others have said, check out ODFL if they're hiring. I'm a linehaul driver for them and love it. Between Estes and Holland, I'd roll with Estes.
