Been there six months. I'm a rookie and they were very patient with me. The first week they put me up in a hotel and trained me. When I had problems there was always someone I could call. They keep their trucks up well and if I had a problem they would get it fixed. They use e-logs and kept me updated and let me know when I was doing something wrong. Appears to be a well-run company that plays by the rules and seems to care about their employees.

You went there as a student? I thought they only took experienced drivers. I know they run the upper Midwest and advertise in the Lacrosse paper once in a while. Are you home every weekend and what area are you located? I've seen some day cabs around the Lacrosse area but I take it you're in a sleeper.

Yeah, I run a sleeper. I had some experience driving grain trucks and booms but not a lot. I'm in Omaha and they run me through the midwest and up into Canada. I am home every weekend, they are good about that.
