Stuck on Eastbound I20 near Eastland, TX. Ice was about a half inch thick on the road. Was there 4 hours waiting for a TXDOT sand truck to sand some of the hills.

Nah, it doesn't snow in Texas.

It snows an inch in El Paso and the schools close for the day, lmao.

Doesn't take much for the Transmountain Road pass to close either.

No you don't! You live in the Antarctic and you're racist against snow!

I was stationed in Abilene in the 80s, we didnt get much snow but the freezing rain would cover your car in ice so thick you could not get the doors open.

The more of you that stay away from snow and ice and stone cold temps, the more work we have up here, and don't have to beg for more, or cry we do not get enough miles.

The answer to your question is Quest Global but you have to team. Cross country runs. If you don't want to do the NorthWest then you can stay on I-40,I-10,I-20. Hope this helps !

Keep us posted on where you make your final decision.
