    You don't need a lawyer.

If the insurance company calling you is the one that represented your previous employer, feel free to talk to them at will.

If the insurance company is from the other driver tell them you have nothing to say.

Odds are it's your former employers insurance company. Some bottom-feeder attorney probably filled a claim.

Nothing to get too worked up about

I would not talk to them. They are possibly fishing for more info which can do nothing but cause you grief. I'd refer them to your previous employer.

They could have tried to sell you it. Some motorists are like that. (When you do something to them, they want revenge. One time i cut a driver off, made him change lanes. He gets in front of me, cuts me off and makes me change lanes.)

I would not talk to anyone except an attorney you hire to represent yourself.
The insurance company, represents your previous employer, not you.
    Good luck.

Don't pull over for vehicles. Look where it got you. If they call again tell them you will file a harassment charge against them. They won't call again. On a side note. A car passed you on the right and it's your fault. No.
