    Thanks for the info.

I was able to find out from the Missouri RMV that i will test in MO and then the results will be sent to the registry in MASS.

I was perplexed on how you would get a license in MO without residence.

I had to bring a letter from Crowder to the DMV stating I resided at Crowder. They gave me a temporarylicense and when my permanent license arrived they mailed it to my house. Then I took it to the DMV in my home town and had it replaced.

Conway is using APDA and Trucking Dynasty. I'm not sure if they are using Crowder at the moment. I'm still unsure about my Missouri permit/whatever.

I was at the terminal 3 weeks ago talking to Crowder graduates. They still use Crowder. For years now.

They also use other schools. But I've only encountered Crowder students at the Joplin yard.

Depending on your state of residence, i had to get my cdl permit before I went to school. And in my state, they required a dot physical and a written test to get the permit.

Yes, I had to get my permit, too. But because of these recent changes, they're not sure if I need to just redo the brake test, or the knowledge test too, because I got my permit in Pennsylvania.

I had my Social Security card when I went to Conway last Friday. Since then, it has been misplaced. Because of that, I am dealing with issues of getting a Missouri permit. I have to take The airbrakes test again. And because I don't have my Social Security card, I have to get a Missouri State ID. Anyway, the school is letting me use their address as a temporary residence. As I understand it, Conway will let me use their address as a permanent one. I will let you know as things progress.
