I spoke with the recruiter, Vicki, already & she said everything good about my record, but I'm just hoping she's not just tricking me to come attend for her commission to only dismissed & harm me for all the tuition expenses.

Go for it, you'll be ok as long as you're honest on the application. Many companies hire felons and just don't advertise it too much; they get an application from someone with a criminal record and look at it on a case by case basis. Go for it and get that CDL.
Edit: You mentioned traffic tickets; what type tickets do you have and does Earl Henderson know about them. You're probably OK except may have a problem if it's speeding 15 mph or more over the limit. Just be honest about everything. -
Yeah, I've told her about everything on the application process. But I just recently discovered that all the tickets from my license plates are now on my DL because I've became eligible for the boot list from past due tickets. The tickets all came from photo lights and I can't really tell how fast I was going, but the speeding ticket online says "Speeding Violation 11+" What do you think that means?
-
Those traffic photo tickets can be dismissed if you have the money; Google "Ticket Clinic"
"Speeding Violation 11+" means you were driving over 11 mph over the speed limit.
Better call Vicki and tell her about the tickets.
Might get funding for private CDL school through the unemployment office, then Carolina Cargo will probably hire you; they don't have their own CDL school but do give CDL grads a second chance when they have legal problems
Talk to Vicki first about the tickets. -
Hi Whitelinequeen. I noticed you're in SW Washington. That's state I assume? I'm looking at getting CDL through Henderson training program and was concerned about getting home time in WA state due to their Midwest location. Has this been an issue for you?

i saw a henderson driver on the fuel island and asked him how often he went home.
he laughed and said never. -
Why was he laughing? Probably happy he doesn't go home. I've met lots of drivers like that; don't want to go home to the wife and screaming brats, so their excuse is, "This company sucks; my dispatcher won't let me go home." They can go home, but don't want to.
-
i kept walking i go home every day and i like it

Yep, I understand. I have friends that have run local for years and love it & that's OK, but not for me.
I've pulled reefers coast to coast for years because I don't like local work. Sure, had some rough days, but make pretty good money. Pulling reefers definitely isn't for whiners. The only reason I quit reefers is because I switched to hazmat/tankers for more annual pay. Still ran coast to coast with tankers because that's what I prefer.TruckDuo Thanks this. -
The "boot" means your vehicle can be disabled and/or towed until your tickets are taken care of. It sounds like you have multiple tickets you've ignored for what ever reason and they are catching up with you.
