    just ran dac report on Bestmark express out of KS. (us D.O.T.# 1007378) they are on a CONDITONAL alert from the D.O.T. which surpasses the intervention level,they run Paper logs and have a lot of Log violation. you can run there report for yourself on the FMCA web page type in there name and you can get all the information for yourself

    Well, THEY don't have a lot of log violations... the knuckle-head drivers they apparently hire have a lot of log violations.
