Not picking on Alabama,,,,some of the best catfish I ever enjoyed was from a little BP deli,,home cooking,,sweer potato fries, pecan pie,,,,take me back please...! But I forget,,,maybe Guin ? 3M plant there.

I agree I love going up the 95 thru the border into Canada across the crows nest into Alberta is just awesome the things I see roll the window down breath the fresh air yes deliverING the load into downtown Edmonton in the city center for some arena their building wasn't fun but that was 1 hour out of a gorgeous 2 day drive then drop down into Montana there are always places that suck but it's a fraction compared to the places I love.

 

Northeast in general. They could put up and great big brick wall around the place for all I care.

But seriously.......It's not that bad, but I hate what it costs for a big truck to operate on those roads.

 

If your from Alabama and you can drive they either put you in a semi or put you in a race car..... either way your a hero.

Folks in Birmingham drive worse then Portland hippies.

The Frank Slide has always fascinated me. I used to love running the Western Provinces. I'd run up into Hyder, AK. There's a gold mine up there in Stewart, BC I used to haul to years ago. Gorgeous country.

 

I came in here to say that. Don't mind the northeast, lived in Jersey for a bit, but something about that state.

 

I'm with you. When I retire and do this for fun I'm only taking loads to ND.
