Been follow the SNI fb page and learning a lot and also started suffering from shakemyheaditis. I cannot believe the rates those guys haul for and they seemed to get screwed continuously with load cancelations. This one guy had his load pulled, while he was sitting at the dock being loaded with it. Now I'm watching a Gent take a .89 com load from Va to Az with a 200+ mile deadhead.

*edit* nevermind. He's quit SNI over that load and is pulling for Landstar. Says he can get the same load and get paid $2.81 per mile for it. Says he's been seeing a bunch of loads under $1.00 per mile popping up from SNI.

Did he also say you have to knock 35% off the linehaul rate when you see loads posted at Landstar?
Vs our load board where the rate is see is what you get.

Anyways I don't believe what he said...
First of all you'd have to be out of your mind to deadhead 200 miles to get a load from VA to AZ paying $0.89. At that point you're pretty much running for fuel money.
And two.. there's no way at Landstar he could get $2.81 on the same VA to AZ load. Don't believe that one bit.

In fact you can tell him if he comes here and posts a video of the Landstar board showing a VA to AZ load for $2.81 to the truck that I'll send him $50.
    5 minutes to earn $50...
    Lets see what happens

    Nope

Dollar General has been doing MT trailer moves from OC to OC.
The "load" was just moving an empty dollar general trailer.
It was pretty awesome.. that was my escape Mississippi load.
