So what would you consider good pay for a team after all fixed cost and fuel the pay I stated was take home after fixed cost and fuel and we go were we want by choice and usually don't run anything on the weekends by choice so we're talking only running 5 days. I've been driving since 2007 and in my opinion that's good pay for how easily we run now on the other hand if I booked loads tight ran 7 days I could profit more of course.

Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and not sound too much like a debbie-downer.

Thanks but sharing but there's still no numbers that are understandable about lanes and rates you're doing.
On your gross to the truck how many miles was it on? -
Hey lonestar them are great numbers,I been following this thread for awhile now I jus dont get it I mean I hear these guys talk bad about eagle how they not makin money I have a buddy that went to eagle and is doin really well over there then I talk to a few drivers out here on the road sayin they are happy its all about getting in good with these brokers that is the key and the guys that claim they not makin money but still there hmmm

They (the TEAM drivers) took home:
$300 working 3 days
$0 due to truck in shop
and they don't take home less than $1200 when they work a full week.
Are these are the GREAT numbers you refer to? That is $150, $0, and $600 per person, and they still, most likely, have quarterly taxes, health insurance, etc to take out. -
Most.of the people downing Eagle aren't there. They just see screenshots or secondhand info. I'm in orientation and have talked to a few Eagle.drivers at the hotel and terminal. My info is from actual employees and orientation.

So far it's good. They don't try to hide anything. They show you exactly what the payments are from Quality. The fixed costs associated with this program. The access to the Eagle terminals as well as Celadon, Osborn, and some.other company up in Philadelphia. Maintenance is through Quality. The used trucks have only the remaining portion of the 500000 mile factory warranty. New trucks have full bumper to bumper through manufacturer. You do.have the option to utilize an appointed DM or go about your own loads through 3rd party brokers etc. That list of approved brokers is also provided to you. Nothings hidden. If at any time you don't like it you can walk away. Nobody's bamboozled into anything.
