Someone might have already said this but the employer or any previous employer is required by federal law to keep logs for 6 months and you the driver are required to have the previous 7 days on hand all the time. So technically the yellows are basically your receipt and you can do whatever you'd like with them. Hope this helps

Why would you have or keep records (log books) in your truck from last December? You only need the last 7 days to be on the road.

They can get in line like everyone else I owe money to.
