Had another drop and hook. The chute in this one was ripped in several places; big rips. I'm going to need a new roll of guerrilla tape soon. I may as well invest in a step ladder too. These chutes are becoming more and more common lately.

######...now the loaded I just picked up is down on me. Sitting at TK Austin waiting on technician. 20 degree load and is holding steady at 40. Meat load. The world hates me.

Even with these issues I will still have a 3000 mile week this week. The money is still coming in despite these annoying trailers. Austin couldn't fix it so I am in Dallas waiting on this TK to pull the unit off the trailer to fix it.

turning down freight has to be done with extreme caution. It could make you sit as it puts you to the bottom of the list for trucks needing loads. Not to mention its in the dispatchers best intrest to find you a good load, if you end up getting a crappy one its simply because it was the only option and its better then sitting makin no mula.
Anyways be safe, the guys in idaho falls are some good folks ans will treat you like a person.Lightside Thanks this.
