Lmao bro I cant speak for nobody else nor I dont kno ur experience with Roadrunner but check this out only reason why I was considering eagle is I wanted to use bookin my own loads as a stepping stone cuz eventually I wanna get my own authority now as far as roadrunner lol I have nothing bad to say about roadrunner I make plenty money the fuel advance they give me I always have a few hundred dollars left over #### jus with whats left over after fuel will pay all my bills and still have a nice check Friday I jus brought home 2400 friday goin to California back and forth frm Charlotte but I live in Atlanta Ga and yes I deadhead to Charlotte to go to California so I dont kno what experience u had but im good I jus wanted to learn how to book my own loads thats it

Yeah I agree I've been following you're thread and some of the other Schneider ones. Looks like you guys do pretty well over there. Hopefully it stays that way and there IC side doesn't get too big for how much freight they have.

Have a quick question. I have been held up with claims at my consignee because they rejected two damged boxes. Been waiting on an answer since 11am weather or not to have them dispose or me. Can there be retention pay on this? Have a pickup in a few hours and may not make it. DM says can't leave till I get an answer.

 

What's the product that they claim was damaged? As a rule claim everything u can unless it's just being greedy....losing a good load for even 100.00 is silly...but oth u don't want to po a customer or broker....u better get on the phone and start explaining to claims the customer and the broker u need to go pick up a load now! They work all that crap out...it's paperwork to them....

 

Its all over a few containers of baking soda. Claims put me on hold never spoke to anyone. However found out they are only waiting on a signature. Good grief. I need a bottle of wine after today.

 

Yea i hada claim on 4 cases of tomatos. Through them in sleeper and rolled. Took pixs and sent in, claims called back 5 hrs later and said destroy cases and send pixs. Last i heard of it
