You can swap those out with no issues. I did one of my trailers like that last year. It was the only equipment I had still with tall rubber so I swapped to lo-pros to make it easier for using spares or not quite used up steer tires if I wanted. Good luck on 1 1/2 years on those trailer tires. Unless you know specifically about that trailer, you can count on at least half of the tires on a newly acquired trailer to be junk and need replacing within the first 6 months. Been there done that.

yeah I would also like all my equipment to have one tire size if possible, If I get 6 months out of the tires I would be happy, I think I got a pretty good deal on the trailer so if the only thing I have to put into is tires the first 6 months im a happy camper.
once the tires on the trailer get worn out I will switch them out for a brand new set of LP's

What is the problem changing tire sizes an axle at a time on trailers?

Would it affect the trailer ride height valve in a bad kind of way running tall rubber on one axle with lo pro on the other?

It should level ok. Different than what it was set at, but not by much. The leveling valve is on one axle and the pressure will balance. Could affect handling a little. I mean, if a can chassis can go down the road with wheels wobbling like tinker toys, this can't even be close to that bad.
The main thing I like about the way mine runs now with the lo-pros is the top is at 13'4" up front and about 13'2" in the back. I feel a lot better whipping under those 13'6" bridges in Texas and rarely catch tree branches. -
You might be ok doing an axle at a time, though it might make axle weights slightly uneven.
But if you put 11R tires on one side of an axle & LP22.5's on the other, the side of the axle with the 11Rs is going to sit higher. That means the trailing arm is going to push that corner of the axle slightly more rearward than the LP side, so you'll doggywalk to the side with the 11Rs. -
in my opinion, Nothing.
there's only 1.4inchs difference in the overall height between 11rx22.5s & 295/75x22.5s

I am going to get 2 Michelin xza3+ on the steers and looking at Goodyear 572 for the drives
the Michelin's don't come in the size my truck has (295/75r/22.5) the rep is telling me the size they have is the same as 295/75r does that make any sense to you guys?
also what do you guys think about the brands I am going with? any other suggestions? OTR long haul -
I like the wear and efficiency of G572 unicircle caps on my drives and when they wear out will definitely be buying G572 virgins.
Goodyear has a new eco fuel max tire with a tread pattern like the 572 except it has different compounds. Supposed to be their most fuel.efficient tire. It is only available in lo pro 22.5 size. Unfortunately that is true for many of the alleged super efficient tires on the market, only available in 22.5 lo pro.
I would suggest you check out goodyear G399 for steer tires. That's what I run and have good luck with. Current set has 80k miles and about half the tread left.
