That's the problem...I need to find the loads or they just send super low rate crap....hehe that's what big rayon has a proof of,lol....they don't earn there 25% coz unless I find it really look hard I get crap sent to me....found out my first ops quit altogether, boy wonders gone!Looking back even it was hard with him...at least I was earning decently....and had some hopes

Jump ship man. After re reading your posts, eagle has got some real core issues with organization... I have been running some numbers (that's kinda my thing) and comparing different lease purchase plans. They are not all the same. The money (I'm talking $200 or more a week) is in the details. So far the best I have seen is a zero down, refer company. On 2500 miles, net gross of $1100. That's not too shabby as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah u think? They have serious problems! Mostly relating to getting us the rates needed to survive.....and training ops to get us those rates....or making them do it...coz left to themselves no pushing from me I get sent horrifying things...like 1.10 before Eagles cut.....what are they thinking man!

Fr8 my buddy has been with hvh for a few months now. Hvh doesn't run east and they have regional dispatchers. they run Arizona New Mexico and Texas all the time. Yes they are a mileage based lease but they also run paper logs and pay for most of your accessories. ( or whatever the word is that I'm looking for ). my buddy has been taking home close to 2500 per week after all expenses.

Heck my buddy only runs about 8 or 9 hours a day.I wouldn't say he's lazy but he kinda likes to take a nap every now and then. they don't ask you to run illegal at all over there they're very compliant with all the rules and regs
