Trying to update my 720. Plugged it in and starting Dock. Getting the device registration page. My device is already registered. Been registered almost 2 years. I entered all the info again and I get a "We're Sorry A Network Related Error has occured. Please try again later" on the dock window. I have internet and it's working just fine. Turned off firewall, turned off AV and all security. Is the RM registration service working on the RM website? I need to update my map and cant get past this registration screen. Thanks

Couldn't get past the registration screen. only thing clickable on it was the entry for and the submit button. think I got an issue with my software. Now I can't open the software at all. The icon shows in the system tray and I get the drop menu to "Open Rand Mcnally Dock" but nothing happens. Running Windows 8.1 on a Dell Inspiron 13. Opened task manager but nothing showin in active app. Shows it's running in the background but cant get it opened on my desktop

Hubby is in Brundidge, AL getting loaded. He expects a heavy load, so he did a search in the TND-720 for a truck stop with CAT scales. The closest that he found was 45 miles away in the wrong direction. The closest in-route was 77 miles away. I did a search on Google Earth and found a new Love's with CAT scales on US-231 at Ozark, AL, about 25 miles from Brundidge. That is also in the wrong direction, but at least it isn't as far. Hubby did a search for it in the TND and found the Love's. It just didn't come up in a CAT scales search.
