So ... what numbers did you run that told it was a good idea? And in your experience where have you seen a start up that was poorly organized and mismanaged find a way to get it's act together?

At 65% they use Landstar trailers... looks like Eagle guys pay trailer fees I think.
% is only part of the story... % of what $$$$ is really what matters.fr8monkey Thanks this. -

What mystichz said if rates get better and company improves in three areas! More support finding good rates, more good paying customer loads, way better organization.hire and qualify better drivers and stop trying to grow so fast! Make things better for the drivers here now and they would retain more of them!
ok that's like 5 things but I was on a roll!

I don't kno if u eagle drivers kno but I gotta call from a terminal in south Carolina I guess its a eagle terminal but they all agents that makes a difference frm ths DM in Indianapolis cuz he told me I will be driving under them I never will have to deal with Indianapolis but go to orientation and get my trk but check this deal out like its 75 percent if they find ur loads for u or its 79 percent if u book ur own loads now I think agents are better than jus DM cuz I think they can get better rates than the DM get everything is still eagle but u will only deal with agents in south Carolina that might be better what yall think

Wow it's getting better all the time, right Fr8??

Well this week has been encouraging becoz of the rates I got so far but it still has been very painful experience and frustrating for the most part.something deep inside keeps telling me not to quit....not yet so maybe I'll go get my reefer? But the lack of reefer freight is frightening I need to really study areas and markets Cali looks like a really good base for that over 3 a mile locally so even with cheap backhauls it looks doable.stormy379 Thanks this.

Let's see if @EagleOps has heard of this coz I sure haven't heard of it. I like looking my own freight I'm just weak on the phone lol
-
So reefer u will make more
