Hell, every company out there has had its share of growing pains, some established companies still do. I'm a company driver now and it's a solid company bit still has its share of issues from time to time but they do work to get things right.
Like I've mentioned, the decision isn't set in stone. I'm gonna watch to see what they do over the next 6 months and then think harder on it. Right now though, the issues Eagle has, aren't just Eagle problems. They're problems that affect every trucking company out there.

Hell, I'm still entertaining the idea of saving up a good down payment, buying the truck myself and then lease on somewhere.

The agents are out of AL, not SC (although Kernersville, NC is one of our terminals), and agents get 85% of their loads, but that's because they're running multiple trucks, so it's a little different. -

Eagle ops they told me they out of SC and they are agents and it sounds like they do greatwide as well but they told me if they book loads then its 75 percent but if I book loads then I get 79 percent they will do paperwork thats,what I was told
