Hell, every company out there has had its share of growing pains, some established companies still do. I'm a company driver now and it's a solid company bit still has its share of issues from time to time but they do work to get things right.

Like I've mentioned, the decision isn't set in stone. I'm gonna watch to see what they do over the next 6 months and then think harder on it. Right now though, the issues Eagle has, aren't just Eagle problems. They're problems that affect every trucking company out there.

Hell, I'm still entertaining the idea of saving up a good down payment, buying the truck myself and then lease on somewhere.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're saying. A lot of I sounds like you're describing our Agent program, but a lot of the details seem wrong.

The agents are out of AL, not SC (although Kernersville, NC is one of our terminals), and agents get 85% of their loads, but that's because they're running multiple trucks, so it's a little different.

That doesn't sound like any program we currently have. I'll ask about it, but it sounds bizzare
