Haven't heard about that. Sounds like a good reason to quit though haha
I wonder what safety would have to say to that shop manager...:biggrin_25511:

Just read about that, not sure how Swifts process works but I think I would have downed that truck right there and then, driving back to a terminal may have suggested that it was "safe to drive" to those that matter. But who knows. Yeah he is very lucky he didn't crash, truck was a safety issue.

So you're going with Swift? I am just going to start with them. Just worried how you protect your DAC if you decide to leave if it's not suiting you.

The simple answer is stick with it until your loan is payed if you go to their school (13 months) or leave on good terms after any contractual obligations, even if things are not roses.

Do every bit of research you can......

Good point. That's the idea. Maybe I will see you around a terminal then! If you decide to go with Swift.

Sounds like a plan lightside! In my location, as well as my wants and needs, I think Swift may be a very good option.

Yep me too. Brett Stewart called me personally (VP of flatbed operations) and said the door was always open. Flatbed is good people guys, don't worry about it. Just do your job and follow procedures and you will be taken care if.

I applied for Swift Flatbed earlier today. I don't know if I can get hired. I have been off the road over 11 years.
